HAI 2027 will be held in person only. Registration includes access to all scientific sessions, poster sessions and designated networking activities.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Registrant substitutions are permitted but must be communicated to the Secretariat no later than January 6, 2027. Changes requested after this date will not be accepted.
LIABILITY: The meeting organizers and the secretariat will not accept liability for any personal injury, damage or loss that may occur during or directly arising from this meeting. In addition, the meeting organizers reserve the right to change the contents, venue and/or time as necessary.
BADGE POLICY: Your Conference registration name badge is your admission to the educational, poster and networking sessions. Please wear your badge at all times while at HAI. Badge replacement is USD10 cash.
RECORDING OF SESSIONS: Video or audio recording of any educational session is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from both HAI and the session presenter(s).
PHOTOGRAPH RELEASE: By submitting the Registration form, you release any photographs that may be incidentally taken of you during these events by HAI to be used for any purpose.

The organizers of the Human Amyloid Imaging (HAI) Meeting are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professionally appropriate environment for all participants. The conference will enforce a clear, timely, and documented response to any incident of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct, up to and including removal from the meeting.
CONFERENCE CODE OF CONDUCT
The HAI Conference Code of Conduct adheres to NIH guidance and definitions of harassment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended), the ADA Amendments Act of 2008, and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA), as summarized at: https://grants.nih.gov/policy-and-compliance/policy-topics/harassment/definitions
Prohibited Harassment
Harassment includes unwelcome verbal, visual, or physical conduct based on a protected characteristic that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment. Protected characteristics include:
- race
- ethnicity
- color
- national origin or accent
- religion
- sex
- age
- disability (physical, cognitive, or mental; or being “regarded as” disabled)
- genetic information
Examples of prohibited behavior include:
- unwelcome sexual advances, repeated unwanted romantic pursuit, sexual comments, or display of sexual images
- racial or ethnic slurs, stereotypes, derogatory remarks, or microaggressions
- mocking appearance, assistive equipment, or disability-related characteristics
- offensive gestures or comments related to religion
- age-related insults, stereotypes, or assignments based on age
- obtaining or sharing genetic information without consent or comments about genetic conditions
Other Inappropriate Conduct
The following behaviors violate HAI’s standards for a safe and respectful environment:
- disruption of sessions or conference operations
- insults, ridicule, yelling, or aggressive outbursts
- inappropriate touching or physical intimidation
- threatening behavior
- undisclosed personal relationships involving power imbalance
- behaviors that discourage reporting concerns or appear retaliatory
- false or malicious statements intended to harm.
Any individual who violates the Code of Conduct or poses a safety risk may have conference credentials revoked and may be removed from the premises by Convention Center Security.
