The event will be held at the James L. Knight International Center downtown Miami.

Given the limited space at the meeting, our registration may close before the announced deadlines.  The HAI Secretariat will be posting updates on the registration levels at the HAI website.  Please note that HAI does NOT have a waiting list.

HAI accepts only online registrations. HAI registration is a two step process:

a) first, you will be required to create an account on our conference platform and then
b) complete the electronic form on the Registration tab of our conference platform.

Those who have registered on this system in 2023 or earlier, can access their accounts by logging in directly from the top right hand side of the platform’s “Welcome” page.

• Coffee breaks

For 2024, the HAI Program Book will only be issued as a PDF version.

LIABILITY:  The meeting organizers and the secretariat will not accept liability for any personal injury, damage or loss that may occur during or directly arising from this meeting. In addition, the meeting organizers reserve the right to change the contents, venue and/or time as necessary.

BADGE POLICY:  Your Conference registration name badge is your admission to the educational, poster and networking sessions. Please wear your badge at all times while at HAI.

RECORDING OF SESSIONS:  Video or audio recording of any educational session is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from both HAI and the session presenter(s).

PHOTOGRAPH RELEASE:  By submitting the Registration form, you release any photographs that may be incidentally taken of you during these events by HAI to be used for any purpose.
