Submit Your Abstract to HAI 2027
HAI is intentionally limited in size, and abstract review is correspondingly rigorous. Every submission is read by five reviewers and evaluated on scientific merit, not affiliation or seniority.
Abstract submission for HAI 2027 opens October 2, 2026. Before you submit, review what the Program Committee is looking for, how the review process works, and where your work fits within the HAI 2027 Scientific Framework.
- Original research not previously presented at a prior HAI meeting.
- Work grounded in amyloid or tau PET imaging, fluid biomarkers, neuropathology, or the computational methods that connect them.
- A clear scientific question, with methods and results sufficient for peer evaluation — preliminary or in-progress work is welcome if the contribution is well defined.
- Submissions from investigators at every career stage; trainees and early-career researchers are especially encouraged to apply.
- Abstracts are limited to 300 words, excluding title and author list.
- Structure your abstract around background, methods, results, and conclusion.
- Each abstract is reviewed by five members of the Program Committee.
- HAI 2027 uses a single submission track — you will identify a primary scientific theme and, where applicable, cross-cutting areas during submission.
Submit your abstract and select a primary scientific theme before the October 23 deadline.
Five members of the Program Committee independently evaluate each abstract on scientific merit.
Presenters are notified in late November and confirm their presentation by December 2, 2026.
