The Book’s pages can be “flipped” while the Table of Contents is hyperlinked, allowing you to jump to that particular destination. For an easier review of the book, click on the “Full Screen” ([ ]) visible when resting your pointer on the book.

In “Full Screen”, click on “Contents” (first item of the top screen menu) to reveal a top-level Table of Contents.

The book can also be downloaded from the “Full Screen” mode.
